Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout before you pay.
What if it doesn't work for my pet?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll make it right. See details.
