Shipping
- Free US shipping on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout, and an Express option is also available. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.
- As soon as your order ships, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
- Some items may ship separately.
Have a question about your delivery? Contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
Returns
Not happy with your order? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase.
- To start a return, email tylertash@icloud.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with instructions.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.
- Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
