When will my order arrive?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door. If you have a question about your delivery, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $8 (express $15), shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, for unused items in their original packaging. See Shipping & Returns for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us right away with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, contact us with your order number.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal (options shown at checkout).
